Admission Procedure
Inquiry
- The first step to joining King Way Group of Schools is to inquire about available seats by visiting the campus or contacting us online. Our admissions team will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
- Once you have expressed interest, we will ask you to fill out the Inquiry Form to capture key information about the prospective student.
Registration
After the inquiry stage, parents are required to complete the Registration Form. This form includes important details such as the student's background, family information, and prior educational history.

Admission Test & Interview
- An Admission Test is conducted for students applying from Nursery to Matriculation. The test is designed to evaluate the student’s abilities in English, Mathematics, and Urdu based on their age and class.
- Following the test, students will attend an interview with the school’s Head or Deputy Head, where their assessment is recorded. This step helps us determine the right academic placement for each student..
Document Submission
Once the test and interview are completed, parents will need to submit the necessary documents, which include:
About Us
- NADRA B-Form (Photocopy)
- Passport size photograph of the student
- CNIC of the Father (Photocopy)
- Previous school’s Leaving Certificate (if applicable)
- Medical Assessment History form, which must be filled in cooperation with the school’s medical advisor.
Fee Submission
- After the successful completion of the admission test and document submission, parents will be issued a Fee Challan. This can be paid at any designated bank.
- Upon submission of the fee, the student’s admission will be confirmed, and an Admission Order will be issued.
Orientation and Handover
- After the admission process is completed, we will arrange a meeting with the Principal to welcome the new student and their parents to the King Way family. This meeting is a great opportunity to ask any final questions and understand more about the school's environment.
- Parents will also be provided with an Admission Kit, containing essential materials such as the school prospectus, rules and regulations, and the academic calendar.
