Hiring Process
At King Way Group of Schools, we have established a clear and structured hiring process to ensure we select the most qualified and dedicated individuals for our team. Here’s an overview of our recruitment process:
Vacancy Announcement
- Vacancies are posted on our website and social media platforms.
- Applicants are invited to submit their CVs and fill out the Job Application Form available on our website.
Screening & Shortlisting
- The HR department reviews the applications based on qualifications, experience, and skills.
- Shortlisted candidates are notified via email or phone and invited for the next stage.
Testing & Interviews
- Shortlisted candidates are required to take a written subject test related to their field (e.g., English, Science, Mathematics).
- Candidates who pass the test proceed to an interview with a panel that includes the Principal, Subject Head, and HR Officer.
- Interview Rating Performa is used to assess the candidate’s communication skills, job knowledge, and overall suitability for the position.
Teaching Demonstration
- For teaching positions, candidates are asked to conduct a classroom demonstration to assess their teaching methodology and interaction with students.
Final Selection & Offer
- Successful candidates are offered a position with a detailed Appointment Offer Letter, outlining the role, remuneration, and terms of service.
- Upon acceptance, the candidate submits a Joining Report and completes the necessary paperwork, including the Oath of Job and Employee Contract.
